VINTAGE NAVY BLUE POLKA DOTS...

Hello darling readers, thank you for dropping in to see me.  I am making my way to your blogs, trying to be a good blogger friend just like you.  Anyway, I tried on  some clothing today that had been pushed to the back of the closet, as a matter of fact they were pushed so far they ended up in another closet.  So, I gathered a few things and tried them on.  This thrifted Mossimo skirt and vintage thrifted polka dot blouse now fit.  I have had these thrifted Liz Claiborne shoes since last summer and had to dust them off too.  I have so much...I am always trying to find what works best with my figure.  After all, isn't fit everything when it comes down to deciding whether or not to buy something especially if it's cheap?  Try it on!  If it doesn't do anything for you, then leave it for someone else.  Fortunately, I new that I was going to fit into clothing that I was buying because of my breast reduction.  I am so happy with the results.  It took me a few months to say that and really mean it. This blouse prior to my reduction would not button at all, could not get it around those pups before.  Now it buttons and fits much better.  One button under the tie does pull a little but I will remedy that with a snap closure since all other buttons close.

So, have a great weekend, I will be thinking of ways to keep cool.  I am off from work this weekend and will also find ways to relax.  I am still playing Google words with Gracey.  I won a game which is quite an accomplishment while playing her.  I am in the 300 range and she is in the 400 and above range.  How I won, I will never know.  I thanked her for letting me win...lol.  She replied, "I am not that nice".  It's all in fun.  If you are interested in playing, look me up...missthrift.  Enjoy!  dawn xo

You look polished and chic Dawn! I've always liked nautical looks but this year I'm bordering on crazy. That's the look I ended up doing in my bedroom, actually. I'll get pictures up later this summer once it's all done!
