GOOD MORNING SUNSHINE....

My husband Rob with his sexy drill and Manny one of the window installers....

Manny again....he was one of 4 guys who helped install the windows....I could not have asked for a better bunch of seasoned carpenters....
Today{meaning yesterday Fri.} was a crazy busy day!!! Rob and I got 3 new windows in our house and believe me we needed them. Our windows  were the equivalent of a panel of glass ..the curtains would move if the wind was blowing and the windows were closed.  We were literally throwing money out of the windows.  They look so good and clean and most of all updated.  We celebrated last night after they were installed.  One window was 10 feet long and the other 2 were 6 feet long all in the front of the house.  It was an all day affair but the guys that installed them were super efficient and really sweet.  I love how the windows look in my living room and can't believe how warm, bright and quiet our home is now.   I relocated 2 chairs that I had in our bedroom to the living room to brighten things up a little more.  I am going to paint the window trim a pale yellow to match the walls.   Here are some before and after photos.  My home is always a work in progress....I just need to find the right window dressings now...maybe anthro has something!!!  Dawnxo
Yay...light, warmth, fresh air{notice the other windows did not even open} and extra quiet when they are closed....the other 2 windows were installed in my breakfast nook and my spare room.  They were only 6 feet long but this front window is 10 feet long...and heavy as a ......you know what!!!  Timothy Winter approves...he is perched watching the birds in between naps.  xo

Thank you for your nice comment while I was sick. I am better now, not 100% back on track, but I'm trying. Happy Sunday!

Your home has a bunch of natural light- which is simply to be adored. Images of tea dripping, biscuit eating with friends in the sun light spew from your photo's.

Love. x

kisses,
