BAMBERGER'S...

Hi darling readers.  It's been a bit since I've posted but to tell you the truth, I am still struggling with getting posts together.   From this point on, I will post when I can and not stress over it.  I love getting dressed, especially when I get to wear "normal" clothing like this Bamberger's vintage sweater and Pendleton skirt.  Both thrifted, but the Bamberger's (remember that store, it was all the rage back in the day) sweater is newly thrifted.  I am linking this to "look what I got" over at Sharon of The Tiny Heart and Tara at Penniless Socialite.

I'm still working hard at the gym and am happy to report that I love my trainer, she's built like a little gymnast and works around all of my old lady complaints and injuries...lol.

I  loved that store, it was the equivalent of Macy's today.

Have a great day and thanks for dropping by.  Yes, Georgia is the one staring at me...she stares at me all day, everyday.  Linking up!!!  Thanks for hosting, Tara and Sharon

Pendleton skirt, thrifted $3.99
Bamberger's Vintage sweater $4.99 thrifted

You look darling!! Love the sweater :)) Don't worry about not posting regularly...I've only posted once really this week & I could care less, haha!! If I feel I have nothing to say, I rather not post. I've been busy getting my photography site up and running & my other site too (I'll be selling little treasures I find here and there) and having to blog and take care of my home, husband and wild girls is just too much, so I need to cut myself some slack somewhere!! Just relax and take it easy, makes life much better!! Pop in when you can :))) Plus, there is always instagram to say hi on, much easier sometimes :))) Take good care petal & enjoy the rest of the week xoxo

Good to see you stop by! I love the sweater, it reminds me of you. Glad to hear that you are happy hitting the gym hard..and I do hope that you start blogging again soon when "you" are ready. I feel that we go through spurts as to how we feel that are blog should be doing, and where we hope that are blog is reaching/getting for us. I will say this..no one will reach your dreams for you, or care as much as you will. A long fight can be tiring...but the win at the end is well worth it...remember that. Take care and I hope to see you post soon, as I love your postings!

I've been feeling the same way Dawn.....it's been weeks since I posted. I'm still reading and commenting on everyone else's but when it comes to writing posts of my own I have been drawing a blank lately! Not to mention I haven't been too excited about my outfits! Sigh. Glad to see I am not the only one. Love this sweater, I don't think I remember Bambergers but it's always fun to wear something nostalgic. :)

Bamberger's; reading that name made me smile. Of course I couldn't afford to buy many things there as a girl growing up in a family of 7. But that didn't stop me from sliding down the escalator and into the ligerie department after walking a mile to hang out in the Cherry Hill Mall for the day. HAHA!

Hi my friend! You look great and I love that sweater. Hope things are going well for you. I've been away for a month. Being back to work has been so stressful. I get up at 4am so I have to go to bed at 8. I don't get home until around 5 so that doesn't leave much time for blogging!
Have a good week and I'll be back to normal soon!

I don't know Bamberger's but your post led to a mini-history lesson for me as I looked it up. Your sweater is a sweet thrift find with its cozy cowl neck.

I think a lot of bloggers are in a blah period right now. Most of the ones I follow haven't been posting as frequently, and nor have I. I think it's the winter blues. C'mon, spring!!

Aww those puppies are just too darn cute! Hey it looks like we're both focusing on fitness over fashion these days, nothing wrong with that :) Loving the striped sweater, classic and chic.

I even love the look of the vintage tags! I agree about blogging when you're not stressing over it. Definitely doing it that way this time! Debbie @ ilovemylemonadelife.com
