| Hi, I am not going to apologize for my absence because I was in decorating mode as mentioned in my last outfit post. I really needed to focus my time on getting the rest of my home in order. It's not that I didn't think about blogging, believe me I did. I had a fleet of ideas about outfits that I really wanted to wear but between the crappy weather (rain plus humidity) and having my husband home to help me move furniture in from the garage, I just could not get to it. You understand, right? Anyway, I posted these leggings by Bar III from Macy's as a new feature on my blog here. I love the new feature but I think the outfit chosen was a bit premature for the weather so I modified it to fit the humidity. As I searched through my closet for something else to wear with these leggings, I found a ton of items that will work but I settled on something lighter and more feminine to accommodate the weather and the season. After all, it is still summer but in my mind as soon as September hits, I think it should be Fall and cooler. It never is but I am always hopeful. |

dawn, i like your modified for humidity look! the leggings look fab with the necklace. i want that lace dress too. it's going to be great to see your house all decorated. i got my shayla bracelet today. :) it's beautiful! when i create an outfit with it, i'll send you a link. also my computer is still broke so your comment accidentally got deleted. :P i couldn't retrieve it, but i totally appreciate it. thanks so much. :)

I'm with you on waiting for fall. I've been pinning fall inspiration outfits on pinterst for 2 months and now with my damn hip I can't wear any of my boots! Damn, I sure have some luck.
