| I received my new camera this week in the mail and could not wait to take it out (on my deck) for a test drive. I am tellin ya this thing is making me feel like I want to dance, kick, spin, and raise the roof. (I did all of said actions only to have glanced at the kitchen window to see my husband laughing and shaking his head) Who cares, he knows I'm nuts. It is freedom in the form of a remote control. I still love my other camera but I feel so rushed and tense trying to pose for a pre-set timer which gives me 5 consecutive photos. I am finished my shoots in a few minutes as compared to I won't even reveal how many |

| The weather has been so beautiful lately, therefore, I was determined to wear this striped thrifted shirt. I put it on and walked into my closet to hunt for something to wear with it. The only thing I could find was this thrifted, knit, Calvin Klein skirt. I was happy with the toned down color of the skirt paired with the bold stripes. I only had a few minutes to spare as I was heading out to have lunch with my close friend and follower of this blog Jenni and some of her closest girlfriends. |

re: the KARL collection for Net-A-Porter, i would say that it is expensive for some of the things (800 for a leather jacket say) but then offers some very reasonably priced things like some of the shoes and dresses. I'm not sure if they're shipping internationally or if it's just uk?
i loved that video though, was so interesting to hear him talk about himself in such an honest way!

aren't new (and good) cameras fun? mine doesn't come with a remote, so i'm stuck with click and run! i love the aqua paired with the salmon colors! beautiful!!

I LOVE this outfit- you look like a ray of sunshine and that cropped top is adorable! I need to get a tripod and remote so I don't have to rely on my man (plus then I could take more outdoor photos!)

new cameras are very exciting, especially ones that have remotes!! This is a nice outfit, very classic & chic and I have to say the colour of your hair is fabulous.
