Kelly Ripa |
Hi Darlings, how are you? I miss everyone but I had to take a few days to get away from it all and relax up in the mountains of Pennsylvania. It was a fantastic weekend, to say the least. We stayed at a B&B, crashed a wedding (seriously), had perfect weather, explored the beautiful town of Jim Thorpe Pa, toured an unbelievable mansion, read Pocono ghost stories by candlelight, heard many ghost stories having met a ton of the locals, hiked up a beautiful mountain, shopped in the small boutiques and vintage stores, ate delicious food at the local Irish Pub and heard some of the best live music ever, drank and drank more, had beer guzzling contests in which I lost, met some local gang members but felt safe having partied with them at the bar, met some seriously nice people and exchanged emails. Every time we saw the bride and groom from the wedding we crashed, they yelled from wherever they were on the streets of the gorgeous picturesque town, "WEDDING CRASHERS". She even hugged me once when we met up with her at the bike shop and loved that we came to her wedding which was 12 feet from our b&b door in the Historical Museum next door. She told me that it was awesome that she had wedding crashers. So fun. By the way, we did meet some of her wedding party at our B&B who told us to come to the wedding, we obliged. Anyway, here I am back to reality and even better, back to Inspiration Monday whereby a bunch of gals head on over to Two Birds blog and link up with sisters Nora and Megan for our take on Kelly Ripa's outfit. Here is my take. Sunglasses very much necessary for this shoot after my weekend. Hope yours was fun, would love to hear about it. I am also going to link up to Not Dead Yet Style over at the lovely Patti's blog. Lots of love, dawn xo Off to Bingo with the Seniors!!!

You are so great at interpreting celebrity outfits! Love this one on you.
I like your interpretation of her outfit! Very colorful! :)
Wow, sounds like you had a super fun, packed weekend!! I can't believe you were the wedding crashers! Super cool!! We honeymooned in the Poconos back in 2001, and that area is so beautiful (not that I saw very much of it at that time;-)).
I love your plaid shirt with that red blazer--such a lovely mix!
