Jazzy little vest found at Goodwill for $1.99, vintage silver handbag $2.99 Goodwill, silver drop earrings from jewelry store where I worked temporarily

flower choker found at church thrift store$1.99  and lariat found at Ross, I layered them by wrapping the lariat around 2 times.
Hi Darlings, I am up early on Tuesday morning to wish you a great day!!!  This is a new blog feature I will be featuring throughout the holiday season showcasing Holiday party outfits, casual and a bit more dressy using items that I already have in my closet.  I want to prove to myself and hopefully inspire others to "take a  peeksie" as Collette from "Statements in Fashion" would say in your own closet.  I have not shopped  the thrift in over a week which you all know is nothing short of a miracle.   So here is a little number I found along with lots of accessories that I already own.   I have a big wedding on New Year's Eve so I am planning to wear something from my closet if at all possible.  I would love for you to join me in posting a holiday outfit just for fun to see what you can find  in your closet.  Go ahead and take a peeksie.  Dawn xoxo

I'm not one that loooves too much sparkle, but I just bought some glitter flats from j.Crew about a week ago and I love them! Yours remind me of them a bit.

Dawnie: i love the look and the hair is fabulous. I would love to see you do a piece on classic looks, you know the looks that never go out of style. I like to comb through magazines at the hairdresser and play the game with the girls, to pick the classic look, it is funny to see how different generations, pick the same looks.
