| I nearly fainted when I discovered these Vintage Rayex sunglasses for $5.00 bucks. The lady that sold them to me was about 70 years young. She said that she wore this brand when she was young. She new she was giving me a deal. She is the one who kisses and hugs me on the way in and out of the thrift...thank you Theresa!!! |

| I looked them up on ebay and found one other pair with a starting bid of 10.00 bucks but I don't know what they ended up selling for. I also picked up this polka dot blouse for 2 bucks...another classic. |

| I had to have this neck tie flower that wears like a choker...fits great and was 1 dollar. |

you found some great pieces! i haven't thrifted as much as i'd like to around sydney because they up the price of items depending on the brand! i do shop at my local saturday market where the vendors have already gone through the thrift stores, which means there's a markup, oh well. i can't wait to see you in your black and white vintage gear!

I love iron on patches. They are so useful in the rehabilitation of vintage clothing. Owls are so hot right now - great find.
