| Happy Friday! Last night Rob and I went on a date. We are sticking to our Thursday night outings and having fun with it. We had a delicious dinner at a four star, quaint, little place called Elements, not far from where we live. We stopped on the way to grab a bottle of wine since Elements is BYOB. The ambiance, service, food, parking, and weather were all perfect. But the most important (element) of the evening was this dress that Megan and Nora of TwoBirds sent to me as a gift. Little did they know that I had been coveting this dress for years. I had seen it around the internet and then on their blog. My heart skipped a beat when I saw it because I knew that I had to have it. Fast forward a year. I received an email from Twobirds asking me for my address because they wanted to send me something. Little did they know, I was secretly hoping, wishing, praying that it would somehow, someway, be that dress that they had posted as a "for sale" item in their pop up sales. |

| They know me so well and can style me anytime. When this dress showed up a few days later, I tore the package open like a kid at Christmas and had it on my body within seconds of receiving it as I squealed with excitement. No lie. Rob was looking at me like, what is your problem? Men just don't get it sometimes. I felt like I had won the lottery. With the dress on my body, I was already fantasizing about wearing it for a special occasion in public, not just on my deck for a blog post . And boy did I twirl last night, you know I did, girl. This dress has the best twirl factor ever and pockets, what is not to love? |

| Although this dress is not vintage, (not that I care because I love it) I love the vintage sailboats and nautical scene going on here. I let the dress speak for itself and kept the accessories simple. |
