INSPIRATION MONDAY....winds of change

Miranda Kerr...the inspiration

Who the heck do I think I am wearing snake skin pants to the dog park?  It's Inspiration Monday and I can wear pretty much anything I feel inspired to wear.   It was so windy today that my new camera blew over on the tripod....that sucked but so far it seems ok.  I took my shots in between gusts.  My $1.00 hat from Marshall's was very necessary.

Although, I have not lost all of the weight that I intend to lose over the next couple of months, I zipped these front loaded zipper, thrifted pants today.  They are so comfortable and have been hanging in my closet for about 2 or 3 years.  The label reads Sophy Curson(made in France) who I googled and found an amazing discovery here.  You never know what designer clothing could be hanging in your closet.

I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter Holiday, if you celebrate.  I had a day of pain but I am thankful that today is so much better.  My husband and I had a nice brunch together and I spent the rest of the day in bed.  I am trying my best to keep moving forward in spite of my painful days, after all, I don't expect sympathy as I elected to have my reduction...right?   All I can say is, if you ever decide to have this done I will give you all of the sympathy and extra air hugs you could ever imagine....lots of love, dawn xo

Well, I appreciate you are in pain a lot of the time, Dawn, but you still manage to look VERY good!
I love the turquoise/orange combination (inspired!) and those snake skin trousers are hot!
As always, your hair looks like you've just stepped out of a salon.
Don't fret about the weight loss - do it if you want to and you can, but otherwise, you look amazing and really don't need to worry. xxxx

I love this outfit! The pants are too fun, and I love the colors in your necklace! I'm sorry you are still having so much pain - I'll give you sympathy even if you did elect to have the operation! You made a choice that will help you in the long run and I admire that! I do hope that each day continues to get a little bit better and kudos to you for keeping moving even with the ouchies!

Hi Dawn!!! You look fabulous, sweetie! Those snake pants are to die for. You're looking really incredible. Hope that you start to feel all better soon. Surgery is never fun, elective or not.

Take care of yourself and have a great week! :) xoxo

Hmm, no reptile or animal print pants in my closet - I better get with the program! I love your outfit - booboids are looking nice...LOL Love the color of that jacket too! I've been walking past Sophy's store for years on my way to work. I always peek in the window but have never gone in since they don't carry my size. Maybe one day though! Get some rest and hope to see you SOON!!

Dawn, you look absolutely fab in this outfit. How cool that you already had the snakeskin pants in your closet!
As to your pain, it rather worries me that you are still having so much pain. I know everyone recoups at a different rate, but it just seems like it has been such a long time and you should be feeling great. Sorry, but I am just worried about you!
