Hi Darlings, I am not going to talk about anything other than how beautiful the weather is today. I am sitting in my dining room with the door wide open listening to the wind, feeling the spring like breeze and watching the sun peek behind the clouds every once in a while. What a gorgeous day! Maybe I should have done this shot outside but I wanted to stage a little 70's shoot inside. As you all know it is my favorite decade for dressing up. I wish I could tell you that my striped cords are vintage but they are not. I thrifted them 2 weeks ago for $5.99 at Goodwill. Corduroy is not the most flattering material if you have a curvy lower body but they certainly are comfortable. I have to run errands today so I am wearing this outfit to do so. | I have been seeing the deep side part on a lot of models in mags., so I decided to try it. With a little hairspray it stayed pretty good. I would probably get tired of pushing my hair off to the side out of my eye after a while. |

I can't believe those pants aren't vintage - they sure do look it. Great styling though - a nod to the vintage feel of the pants, but still modern.
