This field is across the street from my house. The house in the photos is my next door neighbor. Thank God I finished this shoot in time, they pulled up in their car. These photos do not do this painting any justice, I have always wanted to do a shoot like this. Since the people that own the property have moved out and the house is empty, I helped myself to their overgrown field. My entire outfit is thrifted. I am linking up to Thursday's are for thrifters at Spunky Chateau..drop in and check out what people are finding at the thrift stores. Gucci boots less than $10, floral blouse $2, striped sweater $3.99, skirt 3.99, Vintage pin on my collar .99cents. Coach bag and anthro belt from their retail stores. |

You're so creative in your outfits and out-look.
This is such a moving painting to capture in your own way. I particularly like the 4th photo. So happy I discovered your blog.
wow, you look lush and lovely as always! though that was an interesting choice of painting? I've always found its subject sad -- poignant and wistful -- and I would never think of you that way!

You look beautiful in these photos. How creative you are to even think of doing a photo based on that picture. I like the pattern mixing and those Gucci boots. If you ever run across another pair in a 7.5 or 8 pick them up for me! LOL
