| I scored this orange cape at the church thrift store for 3 bucks after seeing it and trying it on at least 2 times before I bought it. It just did not look right but I loved the color and buttons so I finally bought it the third time. After all, nobody else wanted the darn thing. But I saw its potential with Fall upon us. |

| So I snapped a few photos of it before I added this to it....oh that is Georgia the dog that jumped out the moving car last week nearly giving my husband and I heart failure. She had her follow up appointment today and she is doing really well and healing up nicely. |

| Anyway, like I said I snapped a few before photos....ok, here comes Timothy Winter now who has to smell the suitcase/ prop that I added to the photo and Georgia is just looking like derrrr! Notice her legs are shaved from her I.V. They are both only 10 months old so I let them have their way into the photo. So about the cape for 3 bucks... |

| It needed a collar...right? That is why I did not buy it the first or second time. It looked awkward! I figured out that it needed a collar so I removed the collar from a dress that I am donating and sewed it on. Faux fur, of course! I don't usually sew anything but this was the most simple diy improvement ever....what do you think? oh my goodness gracious, that cape is awesome! I am still on a search for one (I blogged about it on Friday) but this beautiful pumpkin color is sooo great. Genius faux fur addition! Glad the pup is doing better :D

Great price too and I agree with you, the collar makes it better, its what popped in my mind when I saw the first picture (I was good and didn't scroll down yet) it was shouting to me 'I need a collar' and there you did it ;) Fabulous. Love the colour too, you will look great in it, loved the pet commentary, they are precious!!
