LIFE WITHOUT A COMPUTER...makes you to do other things like....

spend time with your husband or significant other that you would have spent blogging, take long walks through the gorgeous woods behind my house with the pups, discover that great photos can be taken there as I finally remembered to bring my camera, exercise more, read on my back screened in porch while I sip my coffee and come up with Fall decorating ideas, dye my hair which is way too dark right now....the box read "true red".  I thought i was going to end up with auburn...wrong.  It is maroonish dark brownish red. Thank God it will lighten up with a few washings, hit up Anthro and finally used my gift cert. from my birthday in May.  I will post my new turban like headband that I purchased marked down from 48 dollars to 28, and my new top that was 138dollars marked down to 39.99.  These are just a few of the things that I would normally have put off if I had my computer which brings me to my next point.   When I have a computer to use, is it keeping me from being motivated to get things done?

When you have a computer it doesn't keep you from getting your blogging done! I think we all struggle with things we "need" to get done and things we "want" to get done. The trick is finding a happy medium! See you soon!

PS: You HAVE to wear your new turban!!!

I always find the first day or so wicked hard but then I start to realize how much I get done and how much I enjoy doing away from the computer... I would miss blogging too much to really give it up though.

yes I'm guilty of spending too much time blogging. I'm not sure. It's hard, sometimes I'm not sure about this blogging thing. Is it for fun or may lead to something more serious like a business or what. A few times I felt like ending it but when I get nice comments I go weak in the knees. It's good that you now have more time with your family, that's more important really. But would love to see you back soon too!

Did you know today is National Champagne day? Now that's something to do when you don't have a computer!

I feel your pain. My computer was dead for weeks in June and I really missed out, blogosphere-wise. Hope you get yours back soon.

I bet your hair looks great!! Yes, I know this, when my computer wasn't working, I did all kinds of things and try to have time where I don't come on for a while, I just schedule posts or not at all. Its good to do and remember that there is a life out there away from this thing!! I hope your computer gets fixed and you have some fun while its away!! xx
