REMIX 15...Kate Moss...

Thrifted Coach backpack....$3.99 Goodwill

THERE AIN'T NO CURE FOR THE SUMMERTIME BLUES...is my new mantra.  I can't stand this heat.  I practically melted out there today and ended up only getting one photo that works for Inspiration Monday with Two Birds and Remix 15 with Kendi Everyday.   I am moving to Antarctica. It was nice knowing all of you!!!  {sigh} The dogs won't even go in the yard so I took them to the park early today...a shady park so  that I could be cool.  I was hot after 15 minutes so we came home and they are napping now.  I hope everyone had a great weekend.  I practically killed myself by accident of course, when I banged my head full force on the kitchen counter's edge.  It left a dent and an egg on my forehead. My husband was in Florida this weekend so I was alone when this happened and thought, am I going to die right here...Alone?  I can barely wash my sweaty forehead because it is so sore.  I am like a bull in a china shop when I vacuum which is what I was doing at the time of the said accident.  I usually run my toe over and break my toe nail but I have to be honest here, I would rather bang my head than break a toe nail in the middle of the Summer when I am barefoot most of the time.  Anyway, here is the breakdown of my outfit as I am finished with my rant....thrifted guess striped pants $3.99, thrifted linen tank $1.99, can't remember where I got the vest, fringe necklace Target $12.99 which is a splurge for me but I am loving fringe right now, thrifted Coach leather back pack $3.99 from Goodwill.  This Coach bag is worn in perfectly and is a weighty leather with great structure...I was lucky to find it.  Have a great rest of the day.  I am linking up with Two Birds so stop in for a visit and follow them...you will love their inspiration everyday not just Monday.  Dawn xoxo

Visiting from two birds.
Great interpretation. Love the necklace too. Sorry about your head, that is scary when you happen to be alone at the time.

I love this outfit and your finge necklace gives it an extra touch. I find it so amazing that all these wonderful pieces ore thrifted and go together so well. We have just had one very hot day and my dog won't go farther than the garden. How is your poor head today, hopefully better.
