DAY 2.... THAKOON 30 FOR 30 REMIX

Today was a lazy day for me, I didn't have much motivation or ambition to do anything other than take photos, do wash, cook dinner and go to dog training for an hour.  I was supposed to get up early and have breakfast with the girls but  I was totally unmotivated.   Some great news though, I applied for a job last Friday and got called in for an interview this Friday.  I really want the job!!  God is good and right on time.

ok let me break this down for you...thrifted dress is by Thakoon for Target $5.99 at Goodwill, thrifted Coach purse $2.99  and vintage scarf $1.00 also Goodwill.  Earrings from a yardsale $1.00.   My Coach shoes are from about 2 years ago, I bought them on sale at Macy's and have never worn them.  I know they were less than $60.00 and since we are not allowed to shop I decided to break them out of the dusty box and sport them today.  I am going to be leaning on my never worn things for this remix.  I promise to pick my items before Thursday because I am still not unpacked from Hawaii so I need a little time...thank you very much...what I am really trying to say is that I am a procrastinator but I am working on my issues....my therapist,....nevermind
I have not picked my clothing yet but since I am posting outfits, (is that cheating?) I will include this dress and shoes and the outfit from day 1 which I am hoping will be remixable...is that a word?  Anyway, this outfit is totally comfortable and will definitely have to get creative in remixing this dress...any ideas?  Pass them along to me please!  Have a great day!!! Dawn xo

Great dress, and your photos are wonderful. I've dusted off some of my things for this 30 for 30 as well. I've read some other blogs where they too are building their wardrobe as they go. Great idea actually. One thing though, I didn't try on my dusty clothing picks prior to the challenge, and today I found out two of them don't fit, so it's back to the closet in search of replacements. Don't make the same mistake I did. Try on as you select. ; )
