I have been addicted to these handmade flowers. You can purchase them at Corny Flowers.com

Hat purchased at Marshall's ....$9.99...

Thrifted vintage enamel bracelet...99 cents.
Vintage purse, pink sweater, dress, and scarf all thrifted.....

Carlos Santana boots....new and under $100.00 which would have been the original price....I paid $29.99...talk about a savings!!!
Flower on sweater purchased at Corny Flowers.com

Sassy Saturday was a busy day for my husband and I. I managed to incorporate this post into our busy morning. We had to drop his car off to be detailed which meant we would have my car for most of the day. This guaranteed my shoot because he was at my mercy without a car...ha! I held him captive while we drove around Glassboro, NJ looking for the perfect spot to snap a few photos. I wanted a green backdrop but when I saw this sweet, dusty pink and white trailer I knew we had arrived. The only drawback was that it was on a big open field with a sign reading....NO TRESPASSING. I drove up anyway thinking that it would be ok for a few minutes. We got out of the car and within a few seconds, I noticed a man walking from one of the buildings toward us. I introduced myself and my husband and asked his permission to be on his property. He was very accommodating and friendly. He even offered me the old trailer for free and told me that he had connections to people who sold vintage trailers in better shape if I was interested in purchasing one. BOY was I. I plan to have mine by next Fall so I now have my connection when I am ready. What a lucky break!!! Thanks BOB!!! Thanks for dropping in for a visit...I love your comments. Lots of love...Dawn:D

dawnie I love the one with you in front of the trailer, just think if our lives would have been different and we grew up in a mobile home. I used to love to walk through mobile homes as a kid, I think it appeals to our love of comfort and portability. We are gypsies at heart but need a warm cushion to perch. There is your dimestore psychology.
