RELAX AND RIDE.....

I AM SITTING ON THE ELEVATOR SETTEE.....

LOVE THIS COAT COLOR....

Today was the beginning of a 5 day mini vacation from work so of course, I headed to Center City Phila. and met Lisa, a friend and follower of this blog, so that we could shop Anthropologie. We met on the corner of 18th and Walnut near Rittenhouse Square in front of Anthro. The city, although hot as you know what, was bustling with people either shopping, having lunch, enjoying Rittenhouse Square under a shady tree, relaxing on a park bench or just people watching. Lisa and I had 4 floors of fabulousness to check out so we headed up the big stone stairway into my most favorite store in the city. We scanned all 4 floors for potential purchases and then did another round and made our final selections...we were very thrifty and particular about what we bought trying to buy sale or clearance items. Here are photos of the outfits I drooled over and I especially love how this seasons trends include blending patterns like stripes and florals so naturally and aesthetically pleasing. After Anthro., we walked a few blocks to a nearby consignment/thrift store before heading to lunch (Mexican of course). We had worked up quite and appetite and were exhausted from an exhilarating day of sifting, thrifting and lunching....I will post my purchases soon....thanks for stopping by!!!
