Soooo I will settle for this one found at Goodwill for $1.99 anytime.  With a few minor repairs and a stick to hang the loops through (also found at goodwill) she was ready to be hung in the living room. 

I'm going to look for an arrow to replace the stick at the top...where can I find an arrow?  Goodwill?  Hopefully.  On another note, my face is still healing up and I am keeping busy with other things.  Thank you dear, darling readers for your encouraging comments about my last post.  I was touched, really!!  See you soon.  dawn xo

LIVING ROOMS I LOVE....

Hi darling readers, how was your weekend?  I worked both days but it was good and it went pretty quickly.  I have been on pinterest, ebay, and etsy trying to gather ideas for my living room.  I am getting pretty close to being ready to put it all together.  I found my couch at Macy's on sale.  It's a mid century replica.  The material that it comes in won't work with cats so I have to order another material which takes 8 to 10 weeks to have done.  That is a long time to wait so I am still searching the thrift stores for a used one but it has to be clean and not have that musty smell that a lot of vintage couches have.  Yep, I smell them and I don't care who's lookin. Found this one here

This one totally fills the bill.  I love it and have had it saved on my computer for many months.  I found it on pinterest but the photo is originally from here.  I am all over the place with style for my home but the living room has to look similar to this.  This person just gets me, like they know me.  ok?  Hahaha!

I also love this more subdued look. I have considered bringing my curiosity cabinet up from the basement to use in the living room if I can achieve something similar to this one found here.
