Hi darlings, sorry that I have been a little absent but once again I have not been feeling great! I was tested by my family physician for everything under the sun but all they came up with was Vitamin D deficient. I have since been taking 2000mg of vit. D daily. Ok so I am still having upper body weakness and pain in my joints and muscles so back to the docs to see if we missed something. Anyway, I started this new blog feature called "same day last year" to fill in if I had nothing to post. Plus my first few hundred posts were without comments which means I was a nobody!!! It is not exactly the same day as last year but close enough that it will give you a look at my very 1st outfit post on this blog. They were called Sassy Saturdays. Corny, I know!!! But I only posted on Saturdays because I had no time during the week when I was working in Philadelphia. I love how my hair was layered but I let it grow longer so that I could braid it without pieces falling out of the braid. I want my layers back...and my photographer Rob!! He gave up on me shortly after this post. I have since forgiven him. I am not bitter in the least...(meanie, jerk, quitter). Click it

THURSDAY'S THRIFT...Love that 70's style..
Happy Thursday darlings....I was feeling a little groovy so I broke out my 70's garb and found an open field with great weeds to do my shoot . My husband Rob thankfully photographed me. We spent the day together doing all sorts of things...it's nice to spend time together during the week. Here is the breakdown of my Thursday's Thrift... gap vest, Target blouse, J Crew belt, wide leg Levi's Jeans, bracelet and beaded necklace. Total cost for my outfit from the thrift....under $20.oo. My accesories: Handbag gifted, Hat Jessica Simpson TjMaxx, and Shoes from Marshall's. I found some inspiration over at http://www.sammydvintage.com/ should check her out...she's all the rage and she knows vintage like no other. Lots of love, Dawnxo
