PLEASE READ: IT WOULD MEAN SO MUCH TO ME....

I can't express enough how rewarding this 8 week journey has been in rescuing their pregnant Mama, I would do it all over again especially having seen her through the birth of these precious faces.  Even if you are not a cat lover, these little guys and gals are precious....Mr. Elusive finally made an appearance last night and I captured his photo...

This little princess is enough to make me go gaga....Miss congeniality.

This little Mr. Herbie the Love Bug....{I am now crying} is so friendly, he ignores his Mama's warnings and runs up to me anyway.

Miss Furry Worry is still uncertain about me and likes to play and pee pee in the litter at 4 weeks....she is smart.

Mama's Boy....finally made it out of the box away from Mama to say hello....he is a love.  Wiping tears...I will miss them when they go to the rescue to be adopted soon.

Awww - the hardest part of fostering the babies is giving them to their forever homes! I don't know how you do it!

Oh, Mr. Herbie...I love him through my computer screen! Totally a cat person and would adopt one of these gems in a heartbeat if hubs wasn't allergic (boo!).

You have a heart of gold to have taken care of mama kitty and her kittens with such compassion!

We took in a newborn abandoned kitten a couple years ago (before we took in our first orphaned child;-) ). We found him under a kayak with umbilical cord still attached about to freeze to death. We named him Kayak Jack Sparrow. I am NOT a cat person at all, but over the next six weeks I fell in LOVE with this little hair-ball. I was up through the night feeding him and my Marine hubby would come home from base each day at lunch to feed him. I even had to help him use the bathroom! Sadly, at six weeks he died of an enlarged heart, which led to pneumonia (probably the reason he was abandoned to begin with). My husband and I were so upset. Thinking back I'm glad that kitten had a loving home and a comfortable, if short, life.

As a seasoned foster mommy (to six Boxers), I know how you feel. But every time one of my dogs went to their forever home I thought about how happy they were going to make someone. Though it hurt to let them go, that really helped me get through it.

You are amazing for taking Mama Kitty in and showing her and those babies so much love. Now they're going to pass on the love to their new families and always think of you <3

they are so beautiful and will find happy, loving homes, it will be hard to give that white one away, she is gorgeous, animals bring so much joy, they are pure and loving and simple, they are the one constant in our life, the one thing we can count on, and I think that is why it is so hard to say goodbye.

you shouldn't cry but smile as you gave them a chance of a new and probably better life when you took their mama in!
