ANTHROPOLOGIE DECOR.....
never too young or old to shop anthro....I thought she was a mannequin at first sight...oops!
she was all jazzed up in her pleated dress, hat and pearls.....me in 20 years still shopping anthro.
i have started a small owl collection....small but growing....
what a beautiful linen/cotton napkin
this sink was so primitive looking and huge. I love the mercury glass votive holders and various glass trinkets....i think the mobile is made from paper....paper seems to be their theme this year...
view of this amazing bed and stacked mantels from above.....love
i love all the layering and grouping of pictures and mirrors....
beautiful stained glass, dome ceiling....
this photo is not upside down.....look at the photo above and below this one.....
upside down display....notice the vents on the wall.....I guess the shoes are glued to the rug...
they attached a shower rod and handles to the wall and painted a tub mural.....
a walk-in fireplace is just what I want in my old farmhouse.....
love the nautical theme displays....
Hi Lovely people, I am so excited for my niece who just landed a job in my most favorite store...Anthropologie!!!!! SHE IS SO LUCKY and I am proud of her. Did I mention her discount???? Anyway, when Lisa and I visited the store in Philadelphia a few weeks back, I took a ton of photos so I had to split them up into Fashion and Decor posts. The store in Phila. is so amazing and inspiring that I took about 100 photos....hope you enjoy them and if you ever get a chance to visit, it's located on the corner of 18th and Walnuts sts. in Phila. Get inspired!!!

What a beautiful store, I love cut paper, Matisse the artist when he became too old to paint he began to cut paper, it was magnificent, I had the opportunity to walk through one of his paper cut outs, 20 years ago at the Met, it was like walking through the Mediterreanan Ocean, a true artist has to get the art out any way they can, cutting, painting, blogging, twisting, moving, talking, singing, acting, shopping, it all makes sense, we are creative creatures, it is the only thing that seperates us from the muck.
