SHE FOUND THE MIRROR AT THE FLEA MARKET FOR $22.00
SHE INSTALLED THE CUPBOARD DOORS HERSELF....
HER INVITING LOFT IS ACCESSED BY LADDER ONLY...
SHE EXTENDED THE PORCH BY HERSELF. 
My Aunt Eileen of Thefoxisdead.blogspot.com sent me this link from ( The New York Times) about a woman in the Catskills of NY who renovated a small cottage that was 9ft by 14ft and created a magical place of her own that we as woman dream about having. She was able to complete this labor of love on a flea market budget of $3,000 dollars. I am completely in awe of her ability to do so. She and her husband purchased the land where the cottage is located but they live in a trailer across the stream adjacent the cottage. She sleeps in the loft that is accessed by a ladder and her husband with his bad back can't climb the ladder to sleep with her(smart).
